本平台所有原創內容，包括活動描述、文案整理、設計元素及品牌素材，均屬人生實驗所所有。未經授權，不得轉載、複製或用於任何商業用途。
本平台保留隨時修改、暫停或終止服務的權利，毋須個別通知。如因系統錯誤、網站中斷或資訊失誤所造成的任何損失，本平台不承擔法律責任。
本條款可隨時更新並於平台公布，用戶持續使用本平台即代表接受最新條款。
本條款依據香港特別行政區法律解釋及執行。如有任何爭議，雙方同意以香港法院為管轄機構。

We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any listing, including activity descriptions, fees, availability, dates, or organiser details. "Sparks" (火花) are platform-specific virtual credits with no monetary value. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Earning and usage rules are subject to change at our discretion.
