• 您提交的「推介實驗計劃」或「實驗報告」內容
• 會員訂閱資料及 Stripe 付款記錄（付款由 Stripe 處理，本平台不儲存信用卡資料）
• Google Analytics 所收集的匿名使用行為資料
• 流量來源資訊（如 UTM 參數、推薦來源、到訪頁面記錄），可能與您的帳號資料一併保存，用於內部數據分析及平台優化

2. 資料用途

• 建立及管理您的帳號，包括火花積分（🔥 Sparks）餘額及解鎖記錄
• 根據您的問卷回答，透過 AI 為您配對合適的體驗活動
• 處理會員訂閱及每月火花補充
• 發送平台更新、新活動資訊或相關通知（您可隨時取消訂閱）
• 審核及發布您提交的實驗報告或推介計劃
• 使用 Google Analytics 優化網站功能與內容
• 分析用戶來源與使用行為，以優化活動推薦及平台體驗

3. 資料保護

• 我們採取合理的技術及組織措施保障您的個人資料安全
• 我們不會出售、轉讓您的個人資料，亦不會用於未經授權的營銷用途
• 付款資料由 Stripe 獨立處理及保管，本平台僅保留付款參考編號

4. 資料存取與刪除

• 帳號活躍期間，我們會保留您的個人資料及火花交易記錄
• 問卷回答及 AI 配對結果，將於您帳號存續期間保留，用於改善配對準確性
• 您可隨時電郵至 life.experience.lap@gmail.com 要求查閱或刪除您的個人資料
• 帳號刪除後，我們將於 30 日內移除您的個人資料，惟法規要求保留的記錄除外

5. Cookie 及追蹤技術

本平台使用 Cookie 及 Google Analytics 收集匿名瀏覽數據，以了解用戶行為及改善服務。您可透過瀏覽器設定管理 Cookie 偏好。

1. Data We Collect

When you register or use our services, we may collect:

• Referral code (if applicable)
• Life Experiment Questionnaire responses (including activity preferences, duration, and personal hashtags) for AI matching purposes
• Content submitted via the Recommend an Experiment or Experience Report forms
• Membership subscription data and Stripe payment references (payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store card details)
• Anonymous behavioural data via Google Analytics
• Traffic source information (e.g. UTM parameters, referral source, landing page records), which may be stored with your account for internal analysis and platform improvement

2. How We Use Your Data

• Create and manage your account, including Spark (🔥) balance and unlock history
• Use your questionnaire responses to power AI-based activity matching and recommendations
• Process membership subscriptions and monthly Spark top-ups
• Send platform updates, new activity announcements, or relevant notifications (you may unsubscribe at any time)
• Review and publish Experience Reports or Experiment Recommendations you submit
• Use Google Analytics to improve website functionality and content
• Analyse traffic sources and user behaviour to improve activity recommendations and platform experience

3. Data Security

• We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data
• We do not sell or transfer your data, nor use it for unauthorised marketing
• Payment data is processed and stored independently by Stripe; we retain only a payment reference number

4. Data Retention and Deletion

• We retain your personal data and Spark transaction history while your account is active
• Questionnaire responses and AI matching results are retained for the duration of your account to improve matching accuracy
• You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing life.experience.lap@gmail.com
• Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and Google Analytics to collect anonymous browsing data for service improvement. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

6. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
